If there is no changes to make, it will take approximately 4 to 6 working days to arrive

Try the clothes and if you want to return an item, just put it back in the box and send it back without a problem. (Within 4 days after you receive it)
How long does it take my order to arrive?
From 4 to 6 business days from the pre-selection of your style, you will receive your order. Keep in mind that the shipping process starts from the moment you have already chosen your option. If the order is made after 6:00 p.m. the process will begin the next day.
Can I place orders from anywhere?
Yes, we are located in Spain, so shipments in this country (except in the islands) are included in the price of every box. If the order is made in any other country in the European Union or the world, the price and shipping time varies.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can always see the status of your order in the section “orders” in your profile, every order that you make has a column called “status”, and there you can see how your order goes. At the same time, we will send you an email with the GLS reference number (our shipping provider) to track your order.
I have a problem with my order
If you have any problems with your shipment, you can contact GLS our shipping provider (+34 91 485 08 30 or +34 910 52 12 86), indicating the reference number, if for some reason you couldn´t solve it, contact us through this link.
What happens if I get a defective item?
All shipments that leave Trust Our Fashion go through quality control; However, if you receive defective item, we will look for the best solution to solve the problem as soon as possible.
How many pieces can I expect in my order?
Everything depends on your selection:
TOFI : minimum 2 items
TOF: minimum 3 items
TOFA : minimum 4 items
You can receive more items in your box, depending on the selection of the stylists in some orders, but the minimums are already pre-established.
* In case one of the items in the option you selected is sold out, you will receive a pre-selection mail again.
Can I return the items?
Yes, if you do not like some items from your box, you can return it in the same package that arrived. Every box has a double seal; the first one is used with the new items when they are sent for the first time and the second one in case of return.
How is the return process?
If you want to return an item, simply put it back in the TOF package, seal it with the second tape and send it back to us through our transport company. So the step by step process will be:
Step 1: Fill a small return form in your profile.
Step 2: You put the item (s) you did not like in the same box next to the invoice and seal it with the second tape.
Step 3: Send the box to our offices (Menéndez Pelayo 109, apt 3C, PL3, Madrid) through the same shipping company.
Step 4: We will contact you for a new preselection.
Step 5: You will receive an email with the items to choose for replacement.
Step 6: We send you the replaced items and it will arrive within 4 to 6 business days.
*Please note that the shipping costs of the garments to be returned for the first time in each order go to Trust Our Fashion, as long as it meets the necessary conditions.
*The items that are received for return must be in the same conditions in which we deliver them; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
How much time do I have to return the clothes that I don’t like?
You will have a period of 4 working days to return the items, after this time, returns won’t be accepted.
How much does the TOF service cost?
It depends on the type of subscription and the frequency that you select:
Types of subscription:
TOFI 59.95 € + VAT
TOF 79.95 € + VAT
TOFA 99.95 € + VAT
Monthly: The box of your preference will arrive month by month.
Bimonthly: The box of your preference will arrive every two months.
Occasional: A box will arrive every time you want to add a new look to your wardrobe.
How much do I have to pay the stylist for each selection?
Nothing, the payment to the stylist is included in the price of each subscription, so you do not have to worry about extra costs of this type.
How do the stylists select the clothes they send me?
Trust Our Fashion has a group of professional stylists, who choose your clothes based on the questionnaire they receive with your tastes and style. Keep in mind that the more relevant information your stylist has the better selection will make for you.
Can I add comments for my selection?
Of course, at the end of the questionnaire there will be a table of additional comments. In which you can send a message to your stylist to improve the selection process and let us know your tastes of the moment.
How does the subscription work?
When you register and fill in the questionnaire with your tastes and style, you will choose the frequency with which you want to receive your looks (monthly, bimonthly or occasional), depending on your choice, your order will be send according to your subscription.
Can I cancel the subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time, as long as the last order is not in process, we would appreciate it if you could comment on the reason for your departure through our satisfaction survey, to help us improve.
